What goes into the pot

  • For this dish, I normally use lean cut or lower fat minced beef. You may use whatever kind of mince meat you choose. If using beef slices, use a tender meat cut and finely slice the meat against the grain.

  • Vegetables: Onions, bell peppers, and spring onions are perfect for this dish, but any stir fry vegetable chopped into little cubes will do. If you can't handle a lot of heat, leave out the bird eye chilli.

  • Stir Fry Sauce: For a perfect umami flavour, combine the usual stir fry sauce components with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Is it possible to make this stir-fry meal a little saucier?

This is a question that is commonly asked Because this is a dry stir fry, it may be served over rice without much sauce. The flesh is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. If you want it to have more sauce, combine half a teaspoon of corn starch with half a cup of chicken stock or water in a dish and pour it in, then add the oyster and soy sauces.

How to Cook Beef  With Chilli Peppers

For at least 15 minutes, marinate the beef mince with sesame oil, minced ginger, and light soy sauce. In this dish, I used lean sliced beef mince.

Finely chop the garlic cloves, thinly slice the spring onions and bird eye chilies, and dice the pepper and sweet onion. For a spicy flavor, I used bird eye chilli in this dish. If you can't get bird eye chilli, use whatever fresh chilli you have on hand.

Heat the pan over medium-high heat, sprinkle in the oil, and add the chopped garlic, stirring for a few seconds before adding the onions and stirring for 1 minute. Stir in the marinated meat until it has changed color slightly, then add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir constantly over high heat until all of the meat juice has been absorbed.

Bell pepper, bird eye chilies, and spring onions are all good additions. Stir for 1- 2 minutes, then drizzle with 1 tsp sesame oil and season with black pepper and salt to taste optional This meal pairs beautifully with steamed rice remember to prepare the rice before beginning to cook the meat.
