How To Make Sausage Fried Rice

It may stick depending on the ingredients you use, so use a little more oil than you would in a standard non-stick pan. We sometimes use a carbon steel wok since my husband like the wok char flavor, but on days when I don't have time to clean or season the wok, I just use my non-stick wok.
However, you don't need to be a wok expert to get this cooked to perfection. We can make it happen with any pan, non-stick, or skillet we currently have in our kitchen for home cooking. All you have to do is cook it on medium or high heat, depending on the pan and burner you're using. Do not overcrowd the pan and cook the rice until it is well spiced.
Cooking procedure is simple:
1. Carrots and sausage should be cut into tiny pieces. Spring onions should be thinly sliced Make a distinction between the white and green parts. At the very end, add the green portion of the spring onions.
2. Stir fry the eggs in a big wok or skillet with one tablespoon of butter/vegetable oil, then push to one side of the pan.
